Where chain trenching is not applicable due to ground conditions or services, Open trenching and/or horizontal drilling are required.
One pass accross the field is required. In this image we are showing that pole four is connected to the kiosk (main power source) in one run of 25mm cable via pole 2.
Pole 2 is connected to the kiosk (main power source) via 16mm cable.
Cross arms are possitioned and bolted to top section via hiab or lifting eqipment due to wieght.
Luminaire cabling shall be run and assemble prior to fitting cross arm.
Polesections, cross arms and luminaires shall be assembles and located ready for lifting into place.
Lift into place by experience hiab opperator.
Use packers and shims to true up pole and bolt to engineers specification.

Use packers and shims to true up pole and bolt to engineers specification.
Set the kiosk foundation and cover wiring to prevent theft or damage if required.
Tighten nuts to engineers specification and lock with secondary nut.
Make final adjustments as required (if at all). It is recommended to allow approx 12 months for the pole sections to settle into place before checking luminaire direction. WARNING; making adjustments without considering the lighting design may result in the design falling outside of international standards.
