Returns Policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, we only accept returns for products that are faulty or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice and shipping documentation. 

To start a return, please Contact Us with your invoice number and details about the product or shipment that you would like to return. We will respond quickly as possible to discuss the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange collection of the goods Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

Unless specifically requested and quoted separately, all orders are shipped to a business address with forklift unloading capabilities within a 50km radius of the main freight depot in your region. Collections are available free of charge from our Christchurch base if you prefer to collect your goods or arrange your own freight. You can also collect your goods from the freight depot in your region. however, the shipping cost to that region still applies.
