HIGH MAST POLES
Magnatech LED and Babbage Consultants have meticulously designed and developed the high mast poles, foundations and lighting arrangements to best suit New Zealand conditions. In most cases the products exceed site specific requirements and allow for future upgrades.
Our high mast poles are designed with a life of 50 years and therefore considered an indefinite structure when maintained. The coatings system life to first major maintenance means that the system needs to be maintained to reach a longer design life – normal maintenance would include washing regularly and patch repair of coatings up until the first major maintenance time of 15+ years. At the first major maintenance time it would be expected that the system would need to be overcoated – this is a specialist’s domain and we would get a painting specialist to advise.
